Hey all—I'm a full-time software engineer based in Denver, but outside of work, my life revolves around getting into the mountains.

Over the years, I've dedicated countless hours to road cycling, skiing, overlanding, camping, and backpacking throughout Colorado. I'm always researching gear, planning routes, monitoring trail conditions, and refining my systems for more efficient packing, cooking, and travel.

Until now, all of this knowledge has lived scattered across my head, spreadsheets, notes, and late-night YouTube rabbit holes—but I've realized I've accumulated valuable insights that could help others who share these passions.

So I've decided to start sharing it.

I'll be posting the kind of content I'm always searching for:

  • Seasonal gear breakdowns for camping, skiing & hiking
  • Trip planning systems, checklists, and tools I've created for myself
  • Lessons I've learned (the hard way) from backcountry experiences
  • And hopefully a few stories and photos from the trail

If you're into outdoor adventures, vehicle-based travel, or just want to explore the outdoors more prepared and efficiently, I'd love to connect and swap ideas.

Let's build a little corner of the internet for those of us who live for the next trip into the mountains.
